Age Limit :
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years[Subject to relaxation as per paragraph (A) below]

(A) Age Relaxation within Upper Age Limit:
(K) Certification Process and Format: Applicants who wish to be considered for reserved vacancies or seek age relaxation must submit the necessary certificates in the prescribed format to the relevant authority within the specified time. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of their application.

(D) There will be no age relaxation within the upper age limit for EWS applicants. However, individuals included in EWS, who do not fall under the reservation for SC, ST, and OBC, will have a 10% reservation in GDS posts under the reservation scheme.
Eligibility criteria as per the notification
Educational Qualification:
To be eligible for GDS, candidates must have passed the 10th-grade board exams with a minimum grade in Mathematics and English. The exams should be conducted by any recognized school education board under the Government of India, State Government, or Union Territory Administration in India. Additionally, candidates are advised to have studied their local language, at least up to the secondary level, either as a compulsory or elective subject.
Other qualifications include:
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to ride a bicycle
- Adequate means of livelihood
Fee Details:
Fee: 100/-/- (only one hundred rupees) is notified to applicants in their division for all positions. However, the fee is waived for all female applicants, SC/ST applicants, and PwD applicants, including transgender female applicants.
